At
Jeffers and Stock we are firmly committed to providing a professional
service that is both consistent and excellent in what it delivers to our
clients.
Accordingly
we unconditionally guarantee that if any of the following service criteria
are not met in any month we will provide a 5% discount off the annual bill
for every month the criteria are not met.
If for
any reason we will be un-available, we will e-mail clients in advance.
Outside of these periods the following guarantees will apply:-

E-mails
received before 1500 hours on any normal working day will be answered
the same day.

Letters
will be answered within two days receipt.

Subject
to all appropriate information having been received from a client by an
agreed date, draft
annual accounts will be submitted for approval within four weeks.

All
accounting work will be carried out "in house" by suitably
qualified people.

All
telephone messages will be answered same day / following day at the
latest.
These
are the minimum standards of service that we at Jeffers and Stock expect to
achieve and we always strive to exceed these. We believe that it is
the customer that counts and this should be reflected in how we deal with
you.
